睾酮抑制虹鳟淋巴细胞的IgM分泌

  • 摘要: 睾酮的腹腔注射能迅速提高虹鳟血液中睾酮的水平和降低血液免疫球蛋白M(IgM)的含量;在不同浓度的睾酮存在下培养来自虹鳟血液、头肾和脾脏的淋巴细胞,发现不仅抗体产生细胞数而且培养液中IgM量都随着睾酮浓度的升高而显着降低.这些结果表明睾酮能抑制虹鳟免疫活动,至少是体液免疫功能,这提示伴随着产卵季节的到来虹鳟血液中性激素水平提高,鱼体的免疫功能可能下降,这可能是虹鳟在繁殖季节易感染许多疾病和死亡的原因之一.

     

    Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of testosterone(T)on immune activities of lymphocytes in rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss. Plasma IgM level deceased, when plasma T level was elevated by in vivo treatment of T. Moreover, the number of antibody-producing cells and the amount of 1gM in the culture media also deceased in a dosage-dependent manner in rivo under different concentrations of T. It is revealed that T can suppress lymphocyte activities, at least the secretion of 1gM from B lymphocytes, suggesting that rainbow trout susceptibility to infectious diseases is closely related to the elevation of T level during spawning season.
