硫酸铜对三角帆蚌的珍珠质量及外套膜与珍珠囊细胞的影响

EFFECTS OF COPPER SULFATE ON PEARL QUALITY AND EPITHELIAL CELLS OF MANTLE AND PEARL-SAC IN HYRIOPSIS CUMINGII (LEA)

  • 摘要: 不同浓度的硫酸铜采用不同时间处理三角帆蚌,发现硫酸铜对珍珠的光泽影响很大,使骨珠的百分率上升,其上升幅度与硫酸铜的浓度大小及处理时间的长短有相关性.外套膜与珍珠囊细胞也受到损伤,并显示出一定的浓度梯度差异,硫酸铜处理35d,珍珠囊表皮细胞萎缩、高度参差不齐、甚至溃烂;外套膜内表皮细胞形态破坏较外表皮严重,其大颗粒细胞数目以及酸性粘多糖减少;外表皮细胞的中性粘多糖减少,而酸性粘多糖的比例有所上升;外套膜内、外表皮及珍珠囊细胞的超微结构均受到了相应程度的损伤;外套膜褶上的棕色颗粒由外褶扩展到色线以内的外表皮,乃至中、内褶.当硫酸铜浓度达到1.0mg/L及以上时各种损伤及变化程度显著加深.

     

    Abstract: Freshwater pearl oysters were exposed to different concenthetions of copper sulfate (7,15, and 1.5mg / 1) for different days (7,15, and 35d). The luminosity of pearls was affected obviously by copper sulfate, and the percentage of prismatic pearls increased with the increase of copper sulfate concentrations and over the time. When exposed for 35d, the shape and ultrastructure of epithelial cells in mantle and pearl-sac were influenced or even damaged, and the degree of such damage increased more significantly when the copper sulfate concentration reached or exceeded 1.0mg / L.
